2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data and Type and Purpose of Their Use

4. Use of Matomo (On-Premise Analytics)
We use Matomo, an open-source web analytics platform, to collect and analyse statistical information about the use of our website. Matomo runs exclusively on our own infrastructure (operated by us / our hosting provider IONOS SE); no analytics data is transferred to third parties or to third countries.
- IP addresses are shortened/masked before storage.
- No tracking cookies are stored without your consent
- Data is processed exclusively on servers managed by us or our hosting provider (IONOS SE)
- No data is transmitted to third parties
Our Matomo installation uses cookies to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies are only set after you have given your consent. The legal basis for setting the cookies is § 25(1) TDDDG; the legal basis for the subsequent processing of the collected data is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings; the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
5. Contacting Us by Email
If you contact us by email (info@rescure.de), the data you provide (e.g. your email address, name and the content of your message) will be processed solely for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Where your enquiry relates to the conclusion or performance of a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR; otherwise the processing is based on our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We delete this data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with and no statutory retention periods require further storage.

We process personal data only where a legal basis exists under the GDPR:

8. Data Retention
- Server logs: Automatically deleted after 7 days unless further retention is required for security purposes.
- Matomo analytics data: Retained for 13 months and then deleted automatically.
- Email enquiries: Deleted once the enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention periods apply.
